Need to create a Form that is easy to update product library....hopefully using our new scan gun so that when we scan Item Form pops up with existing info or blank info if brand new item.

Depending on the model and make of your gun you can configure it to send the necessary keystrokes to open the MS Access form then enter the data. Only problem is afterwards when you need to use the gun with ProSpace, you will need to reconfigure to send ProSpace keystrokes.
